Working with the investment developer / client we provided a robust feasibility study of how to achieve added value to this existing loft office building on the Southbank of London.
We suggested a new central entrance that addresses the split level from street to lower ground and ground floor. This could be branded for the incoming tenants. The vertical circulation was improved by the addition of an additional lift and the maximisation of the floor plates by increasing the rear extension.
The top floor roof was to be removed and an additional floor added with front and rear balconies overlooking the City and Tate Modern / Southbank.
