Renovation and refurbishment of a large Grade 2 listed Georgian townhouse in the Cross Street conservation area (CA13).
The proposal is to provide a more flexible and functional living space within the townhouse. The principal aim is to enlarge the kitchen area, whilst maintaining the authenticity of the historic planform and hierarchy of the existing building. The intention is to provide a new kitchen at basement level within the rear garden area with a garden reformed above it
