The Financial Services Commission in Montserrat invited Architects to submit their design proposals for a new £1.3 million headquarters in Little Bay.

Our interest in Montserrat as an island for Architectural projects was kindled by a London based family from Montserrat, who asked us to look at developing a high-end private family resort on the island. Through our investigation of the island culture and context, we were drawn with interest to this International competition.

We proposed a modern contemporary building that uses local materials, concrete, rammed lava earth, that blends with the landscape and takes advantage of the bay views and sea breeze. The site layout allows for an expansion building over the car park that can be linked to the proposed headquarters.
