M+P ltd was appointed by Melia Hotels International, to work on the full refurbishment of the hotel, while the hotel continued to trade.

Programme - Spring 2019 – May 2020.
The rebrand and refurbishment were all client-facing spaces, rooms, ground floor reception, meetings rooms, café, bar, gym and toilets. The interior design concept developed by ASAH from Palma, refocuses the hotel on its London location and sustainability of materials used.
