Vinoteca London
The site includes the basement, ground and first floor of Beak Street, London. The building was originally built as a warehouse and is of the late Victorian Period. It has since been subdivided into offices with a restaurant on the lower three floors since the late 1960s.
Mackay + Partners, were invited to carry out minor works to refurbish the basement, ground and first floor, to install a new shopfront including new double glazed sliding windows, pivot door, timber stall riser fascia, pilastars and illuminated signage and to update the HVAC plant at the rear of the building.
